I am involved in hiring for a major semiconductor manufacturer. I think the resume is good for a fresh grad, but I would ask that the objective be more specific. Generally we get many more resumes that we have positions, and the resumes that indicate a clear focus or passion in the objective tend to get noticed first.
Thanks carlgrace for your comments. A good advice for jobseekers when they write their resumes. Target and focus on the main criteria that the job requires would make you stand out more in front of the hiring manager.
