I am having trouble getting interviews. I think it's because of my resume. I have had less than 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience. That is the job I am trying to get. Preferably with a small company. Please help. Thank you.

Hi Melissa,

Try using a Free online professional profile like www.postess.com By having this profile, you allow employers the chance to learn more about you than just reading your resume and cover letter. When an employer sees you as a qualified candidate, they want to learn about your personality and who you are as well. Postess allows you to post pre-interview questions, post a self introduction, your job experiences, upload resumes, cover letters, photos, music, videos, and more. You can also print out a profile card that is automactically created for you to print and attach it to your job applications, resumes, or cover letters. This gives employers the chance to see your online profile because you provided them the information to find you online professional profile with your profile card you printed. I suggest that you just try it and see if it helps you more. It has helped me a lot, but there are no guarantees. It doesn't hurt to try because it is totally FREE! Good luck with your job hunting. I hope this helps.

You can check out my professional profile at: http://www.postess.com/myprofile.php?userid=2

Thanks and have a great day!
